Allium Ambassador
Allium Ambassador, with its large purple ball flowers, is one of the most popular Alliums, and we understand why. Plant a few in your garden and you will enjoy them for years, as they will come back naturally. Around the end of May or early June, the purple balls of Allium Ambassador will appear in your garden, and the bees and butterflies will quickly find them. Enjoy them for weeks, and when they have finished blooming, they turn into very elegant seed pods. With a height of about 100-130 cm, they beautifully steal the show at the top of the border! Unlike most Alliums, where the leaves at the bottom turn yellow quickly, this one’s leaves remain fairly green during and after blooming.
Plant them about 25 cm apart in the garden, or plant 5-7 bulbs in a large pot, and it will be a real eye-catcher.
